  I had a horrible experience here simply trying to return a bottle of lotion that I purchased at a nearby location. I went to this location because it was closer to my job than the other one, and I had just gotten off work. Despite having a receipt for my purchase, the staff was incapable of competently handling my return. At one point, I was told by the cashier, Brenda, to go back to the store I purchased it from so it could be "their problem." The supervisor on duty, Greg, that was called to the front of the store to help was totally useless. Rather than immediately take control of the situation and instruct the cashier to assist other customers, he proceeded to stand back as she continued to escalate the situation by attempting to argue with me. Brenda, the cashier, was rude, verbally combative, and doesn't understand what quality customer service is, and Greg, the supervisor, was inept at doing his job. Don't shop or fulfill prescriptions here!
